Lądek Zdrój - famous spa(radon waters) with the marvelous neo-barocco bath house;

Kudowa Zdrój - spa (arsenic-iron waters) in close neighborhood there is Chapel of Skulls(18th century) one of three such  places in Europe;

Duszniki Zdrój - spa with very good microclimate. You can visit 16th century paper manufacture, where you can learn about old technics of paper production. Old city of Duszniki are well preserved. It’s also worth to visit Chopin manor house-the place where Frederic Chopin played his concerts;

Polanica Zdrój - another spa in Kłodzko Valley, with beautiful park. One of  attractions are colour fountains;

Kłodzko – beautiful city with well preserved: market square, gothic bridge, great churches and enormous mountain fortress;

Bear Cave - one of the biggest and most beautiful in Poland. Discovered in 60-ies of 20 century. Offers many very interesting structures created by water.
